No. We can build around your existing CRM, website, email and business tools. Salesforce is one of our core areas of expertise.
Can you use our preferred AI provider?
We assess OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce Agentforce and other tools against the use case, data requirements and available licences. The final choice is agreed during scoping.
How do you handle incorrect answers?
We define approved sources, evaluate representative questions, test failure paths and add human handover when the assistant cannot reliably answer.
